Flow State

Letting go into a flow state is bringing presence, energy, creativity and purpose into the present moment. It is in fact,  the most mindful we can ever wish to become.

Mindfulness is an intentional,  concentrated, disciplined and regulated consciousness and in no way correlates with mindlessness, being distracted or consumed.
