I spent from 20 to 40 years old reading every single thing I could on healing, personal development, human evolution, life skills, personal life planning, having a vision, adversity, higher states of consciousness and dimensions of awareness, faith, relationships, mood and mind states, treatment modalities, parenting and ways of living….

I spent from 40 years old until now putting the wisdom into daily practice. I will do that the rest of my life now.
