Mindful Movement Practice- Learning to Love the Body

This indicates a growth and transition phase of the full implementation of the original vision at the Wellness Centre.

Our guiding framework for practice is Wellness- consisting of the integration of Mind, Body Spirit all working in harmony and peace. Each integral to the process of becoming a whole peaceful happy human being.

To be clear this is an expansion to the Meditation, Stress Reduction, Relaxation teachings I give at the Wellness Centre.

Previously the sessions I have given and continue to host on Thursdays evenings, have been in a sitting posture, in the large room at the front of the building. This class is in the back room and is in the lying posture on mats.

The teachings are in the realm of body awareness, breath connection, muscular stretch and release to allow persons to experience a deep letting go process internally. The Movement is limited to the mat and is from a lying posture or body scan position.
